I would give this more stars if I could...I downsized the recipe to two servings and the marinade was the perfect amount...I used chicken breast...hubby won't eat thighs and they came out so moist and tender...they were packed full of sweet/heat and delicious flavors...I grilled them on my George Foreman grill...made for "FYC" tag game...
