I cut this way down to serve 2...I made it for a chicken dish I was planning for dinner and it required Alfredo sauce...this turned out to be the perfect sauce for the dish...I loved the richness and the ease or prepping...thanks for sharing your recipe...

I made a broccoli, onion and mushroom Alfredo sauce and it came out so delicious. I topped off some penne pasta with it and had a Greek salad to go with it. Every bite was delicious!

I enjoyed this recipe very much. I have always turned away from alfredo sauces, but not this one! I served it with breaded chicken for dinner, and used leftovers for my husband's lunch.
