Step 1
Put every thing but carrots into stock pot. Bring to a boil

Skim off foam turn down to a simmer

Add water as needed not to stick your braising here

(If you have kids debone here)

Last 30 minutes add carrots. Take out before you add flour
Step 6
Last 5 minutes add tablespoon of flour
Step 7
(If you are going gluten free forgo this part) with 2 tablespoons water
Step 8
And lemon juice; bring to boil to thicken
