Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 pound whole chicken (raw ,cut in small pieces)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoons chives, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons marjoram
  • 8 ounces carrots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons flour (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put every thing but carrots into stock pot. Bring to a boil

  • Step 2: Skim off foam turn down to a simmer

  • Step 3: Add water as needed not to stick your braising here

  • Step 4: (If you have kids debone here)

  • Step 5: Last 30 minutes add carrots. Take out before you add flour

  • Step 6: Last 5 minutes add tablespoon of flour

  • Step 7: (If you are going gluten free forgo this part) with 2 tablespoons water

  • Step 8: And lemon juice; bring to boil to thicken
