Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook frozen brussel sprouts in heavily salted boiling water 6 minutes

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook sausage.

Step 3

Add onions and apples and cook until translucent.

Step 4

Pour sprouts into colander to drain.

Step 5

Add to meat mixture.

Step 6

Shake in Worcestershire sauce and add sage, cook 10 minutes.
