"Colorful and healthy soup... when I made this today I used dry Spinach Ricotta Tortellini, but frozen cheese tortellini works just as well. And to add a little more zest to the soup, I marinated the chicken in Italian Dressing before baking."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In large pan combine chicken broth, water, garlic, and chicken seasoning. Bring to a boil, add tortellini and cook according to package directions.

Step 2

Stir in stewed tomatoes, cooked chicken, spinach, celery salt, basil, and pepper to taste. Continue simmering for 10 minutes or until spinach is cooked.

Step 3

Serve topped with parmesan cheese and croutons.
