"I hope you like how over cooked that fried egg is by American standards, but that’s how they turn out when fried Irish style. No sunny sides up or over easys for an Irish cook."

Fun, traditional Irish breakfast (although I had it for my lunch). It's a great combination and super easy to prepare. I'm a sunny side up or over-easy egg kind of gal, but I stepped outside my comfort zone to fry it more authentically. It was tasty!

Bergy

So simple, so good. Served with pickled hot pepper rings. I don't like my fried eggs cooked hard so I removed them when they were semi soft. I loved canned beans so this was a perfect Sunday Brunch for me.
