Step 1

Cut wings into three sections; discard wing tips.

Step 2

In a plastic bag combine the hot pepper sauce and the seasoning (hot pepper sauce - pepper); add wings; toss.

Step 3

Transfer wings to a 13x9 inch baking dish.

Step 4

Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done; turning every 10 minutes or so.

Step 5

Serve with carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

We loved these wings...I cut the recipe down for 2 servings...made them for one of our appy nights...I used a hababero sauce...it was tasty and hot...but not so hot that you couldn't eat them...the spices added a really nice touch...I served it to the hubby with the blue cheese...I don't care for blue cheese so I ate them alone...this is going on my best of 2019 list...

The Mens World Curling has been on this week, for me curling and wings go hand in hand. Think it's all the years of wing commercials during Bonspiel time. Not only are these delicious they are super easy to make which is a real plus and this curling fan enjoyed.
