Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut wings into three sections; discard wing tips.
Step 2
In a plastic bag combine the hot pepper sauce and the seasoning (hot pepper sauce - pepper); add wings; toss.
Step 3
Transfer wings to a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Step 4
Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done; turning every 10 minutes or so.
Step 5
Serve with carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
