Honey & Sesame Glazed Chicken Breasts

Step 1

Combine chicken stock, honey, 1 tablespoon oil, and mustard in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring with a whisk; bripy, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Add the chicken to the pan, cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Step 3

Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

No special items needed.



I made a half recipe but I only had a enough sesame oil to put into the glaze so used canola oil to cook the chicken and the DH and enjoyed the chicken along with a side of fried rice and noodle and beanshoot stir-fry.
