Step 1: Combine chicken stock, honey, 1 tablespoon oil, and mustard in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring with a whisk; bripy, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Add the chicken to the pan, cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
Step 3: Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
