"This sauce is so delicious and is great served over pasta or as a dipping sauce for bread sticks and rolls. This is great served with cooked shrimp, spinach, broccoli and sliced mushrooms. Using freshly grated cheeses will result in a sauce that is much creamier in texture and taste. Once you make this sauce, you will never buy store bought Alfredo sauce again!"

Great recipe. Like QueenBea I used Fat Free Evaporated Milk with no problem. Served the sauce over 3 Cheese fettuchini. Into my make again list

QueenBea

I made this using fat free evaporated milk instead of cream and it turned out perfectly!! Very tasty sauce. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
