Step 1: Melt butter in medium saucepan, over medium-low heat.
Step 2: Add garlic, cream and pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer, stirring often.
Step 3: Add Parmesan cheese. stir, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened, and is smooth.
Step 4: Add mozzarella cheese, and stir frequently until smooth.
Step 5: Add nutmeg, if using. Stir to combine.
Step 6: Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 7: Serve over your favorite pasta, or with your favorite bread sticks.
