Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic and optional red pepper flakes together in a bowl. Coat the salmon pieces in the marinade and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 425F.

Step 3

Spray a 13x9 Pyrex dish with cooking spray.

Step 4

Arrange the salmon pieces skin side down; spooning marinade over and around the fillets.

Step 5

Roast uncovered for 11-12 minutes.

Step 6

Serve with steamed rice, and broccoli or snow peas.

Great salmon! I used the rice vinegar instead of the lime juice and served with coleslaw. Great and easy dinner! Thanks for sharing!
