Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (can sub rice vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 24 ounces fresh salmon fillets

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic and optional red pepper flakes together in a bowl. Coat the salmon pieces in the marinade and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Step 3: Spray a 13x9 Pyrex dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Arrange the salmon pieces skin side down; spooning marinade over and around the fillets.

  • Step 5: Roast uncovered for 11-12 minutes.

  • Step 6: Serve with steamed rice, and broccoli or snow peas.
