Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat a sandwich press. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place the bun bases on a plate and spread with the mayonnaise mixture and top with tomato slices, baby spinach, ham and cheese and season and top with the bun tops.
Step 3
Cook the sandwiches for 2 minutes or until cheese melts and then cut in half to serve.
