Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 150 grams mayonnaise( whole-egg 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (wholegrain mustard)
  • 4 (200 grams) bread buns (brioche burger buns, split)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 60 grams baby spinach
  • 200 grams ham (8 slices leftover leg ham recommended)
  • 120 grams cheddar cheese (4 slices, or you favourite)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Place the bun bases on a plate and spread with the mayonnaise mixture and top with tomato slices, baby spinach, ham and cheese and season and top with the bun tops.

  • Step 3: Cook the sandwiches for 2 minutes or until cheese melts and then cut in half to serve.
