Step 1

Cook sausage links at 350F in a shallow baking pan about 12-15 minutes until internal temperature is at least 160F on a meat thermometer. Let cool and slice.

Step 2

Toss sausage slices with beans, artichoke hearts, celery, tomato, olives, onion and oregano.

Step 3

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon peel and lemon pepper and dress the sausage mixture.

Step 4

Serve on a bed of greens, spinkled with feta cheese for garnish.
