"This is so easy - and so quick to make. Now, there are a lot of ingredients you could add to this if you wanted ... cucumber, tomato, or even Feta. But, this is supposed to be a quick and easy 5 minute salad. Also, if you have your own Italian Dressing recipe, by all means. I use a good quality store brand which works well. If it sets a day or so ... even better. This is great for potlucks, buffets, parties, etc."

Also mentioned: You can add diced cucumber, tomatoes; or, cubed Feta if you want. It is so quick and easy to prepare; but, absolutely delicious!

I'm hoping I can review without rating, because I think the reason this wasn't as good as it could be is I didn't have regular Italian dressing so I used creamy Italian. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. I let it sit about 18 hours before serving, and added crumbled feta cheese, but it just felt like it was missing something. I'll make it again and update the review.
