Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a saucepan over low heat warm the dressing and then add the orange zest and the garlic. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes

Step 2

Arrange the chicken quarters in a large container or baking dish.

Step 3

Pour cooled marinade over the chicken; cover and refrigerate overnight or for 24 hours. Bring to room temperature.

Step 4

Preheat grill.

Step 5

Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with the sea salt.

Step 6

Cook for 10-20 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
