Step 1: In a saucepan over low heat warm the dressing and then add the orange zest and the garlic. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes
Step 2: Arrange the chicken quarters in a large container or baking dish.
Step 3: Pour cooled marinade over the chicken; cover and refrigerate overnight or for 24 hours. Bring to room temperature.
Step 4: Preheat grill.
Step 5: Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with the sea salt.
Step 6: Cook for 10-20 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
