Grilled Chicken Caesar Burgers

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the onion with next 9 ingredients; add in ground chicken then mix to combine, then shape into three large patties.

Step 2

Shape into three patties; place onto a plate, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

Step 3

Gill burgers covered over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear.

Step 4

Place a burger the toasted bun, top with a lettuce leaf sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over the lettuce leaf then drizzle with Ceasar salad dressing, top with remaining bun half.

No special items needed.



Chicken burgers can be dull but not this burger. It is loaded with flavour I added 2 teaspoons of Ogopogo Butt Burner hot sauce. My extra lean minced chicken was very wet so when I had all the ingredients mixed it was too loose to form patties - I added 3/4 cup of panko crumbs. Letting the patties rest over night really helps firm them up. Will make this recipe again Thanks Kitten for another lovely Saturday night burger
