Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (more to sprinkle on top after grilling)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 large egg (slightly beaten)
  • 4 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • Louisiana hot sauce (optional but good to add)
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 hamburger buns (3 buns, split then toasted on the grill)
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • Caesar salad dressing

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the onion with next 9 ingredients; add in ground chicken then mix to combine, then shape into three large patties.

  • Step 2: Shape into three patties; place onto a plate, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

  • Step 3: Gill burgers covered over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear.

  • Step 4: Place a burger the toasted bun, top with a lettuce leaf sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over the lettuce leaf then drizzle with Ceasar salad dressing, top with remaining bun half.
