Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the onion with next 9 ingredients; add in ground chicken then mix to combine, then shape into three large patties.
Step 2: Shape into three patties; place onto a plate, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Step 3: Gill burgers covered over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear.
Step 4: Place a burger the toasted bun, top with a lettuce leaf sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over the lettuce leaf then drizzle with Ceasar salad dressing, top with remaining bun half.
