Step 1

In a large bowl whisk the first 4 ingredients until well blended.

Step 2

Add next 4 ingredients and toss to combine. Season salad with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Carefully open pita breads at cut end. Fill each with salad.

Step 4

Serve immediately.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

This is a wonderful flavour filled Greek salad !! I had trouble filling the Pita though so in the end we actually ate it as a regular salad. We didn't mind at all cus it was such a good Greek salad. The pitas i had were a little on the thick side and could be the problem, or maybe it should have been a larger pita. In any case the salad itself was fantastic and i would make it again.
