Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients; add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Drain and discard marinade(we save the marinade and baste the pork a couple of times during beginning of grilling, then discard and then finish grilling to sear in marinade).
Step 3
Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
