Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Drain on paper towel
Step 2
Cook gnocchi in a large pot of boiling water until gnocchi are tender and rise to the surface, approximately 5 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and place in warm serving dish.
Step 3
Add cream to medium size saucepan and over medium heat bring to a boil.
Step 4
Stir in gorganzola and wisk until melted.
Step 5
Spoon sauce over gnocchi and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bacon and chives.
Step 6
