Step 1: Cut the bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Drain on paper towel
Step 2: Cook gnocchi in a large pot of boiling water until gnocchi are tender and rise to the surface, approximately 5 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon and place in warm serving dish.
Step 3: Add cream to medium size saucepan and over medium heat bring to a boil.
Step 4: Stir in gorganzola and wisk until melted.
Step 5: Spoon sauce over gnocchi and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bacon and chives.
Step 6: Enjoy!
