Wonderful wings! We didn't have any jam so used honey and juice of one orange along with the rest of the glaze ingredients -- delish! Next time I will be sure to have the jam! Thanks for sharing!

OMG I have been spoilt this week with such great wing recipes and this one certainly fills the bill, I have gone from spectacular crunchy to fall of the bone glazed wings and a bonus for me both cooked in the oven. For todays the glazed wings I scaled back for 1 serve and used 4 wings (tip removed) and initially baked for 25 minutes at 175C fan forced and to my surprise they were very well nearly cooked so I made the choice of using the glaze, which I had microwaved in a jug, and poured over the wings and made sure they were well coated and cooked for a further 10 minutes and they were cooked to fall apart tenderness and they just had the right amount of sweetness just loved them, thank you TeresaS, made for First Time tag game at FF&FF.
