  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Arrange chicken wings in single layer on greased foil-lined baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Bake in oven for 30 minutes (turning once).

  • Step 4: Measure remaining 5 ingredients into a small saucepan.

  • Step 5: Heat and stir on medium-low until simmering. (Makes about 1 1/4 cups).

  • Step 6: Remove wings from oven and brush with the sauce.

  • Step 7: Bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, turning and brushing with sauce 2 or 3 times, until tender and no longer pink inside.
