Step 1
Coat salmon in 2 tablespoons ginger and then cook salmon, flesh side down first in an oiled frying pan over a medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
Step 2
Pour 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce over the salmon and cook for 1 minutes.
Step 3
Boil, steam or microwave broccolini until tender.
Step 4
Cook 1 cup rice according to packet directions.
Step 5
Serve salmon with broccolini and rice and pour over marinade from pan.
