Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (720 grams) skin on salmon fillets (pieces, skin on, 180 grams each)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger root
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce
  • 2 bunch broccolini
  • 160 grams dry long -grain rice (white, 1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat salmon in 2 tablespoons ginger and then cook salmon, flesh side down first in an oiled frying pan over a medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

  • Step 2: Pour 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce over the salmon and cook for 1 minutes.

  • Step 3: Boil, steam or microwave broccolini until tender.

  • Step 4: Cook 1 cup rice according to packet directions.

  • Step 5: Serve salmon with broccolini and rice and pour over marinade from pan.
