The German hubby took one bite and said..."Wow...this is so good"...I loved it too...I made half the recipe and it was plenty for the two of us...served it with toast and a side of bacon for the hubby...I enjoyed it with a side of fruit...made for "Billboard" tag game...yum...

Yum! I used 4 eggs for two of us, but added lots more mushrooms before they went bad!! Also, used bacon crumbles rather than frying up one piece!
