Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ounce bacon, minced (1 strip)
- 1 mushroom, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- Egg Mixture
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried chives
How to Make

Step 1: Heat butter, and add bacon, onions and mushrooms.

Step 2: Cook until onions are translucent.

Step 3: Add egg mixture.

Step 4: Mix.

Step 5: Let cook a bit on low before starting to scramble.
