Fried Halloumi with a vinaigrette is one of my favorite appetizers. Everyone loves it, it's beautiful, and it's so easy to prepare. Hot appetizers for a dinner party can be difficult, but this one is super easy and frying these little beauties in front of guests always gets the oohs and ahhs... and then they taste it! Thanks for posting this recipe - it will be made again and again!
