  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coarse grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
