Step 1: Season flour with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Pat cheese dry with paper towels and slice into 8 pieces.
Step 3: Whisk together dressing and set aside.
Step 4: Dredge cheese in seasoned flour, then cook in hot oil about a minute on each side or until golden.
Step 5: Serve cheese with dressing drizzled over, and garnished with fresh cilantro. Serve over a bed of baby lettuce if you'd like this as a salad.
