I love scrambled eggs if they are moist and adding the cream at the end keeps them very moist. Thanks for posting this method. I cut recipe in half for one serving.

Moist, good scrambled eggs. Maybe I didn't add enough cream at the end.....but none of us could taste much difference by adding it at the end. lol. We enjoyed them anyway. Thanks for sharing, Dee.

This is the method I've always used to scramble eggs, but never thought to add cream at the end. It was lovely. Sometimes there is just no better comfort food than scrambled eggs. We really enjoyed these on an evening when we needed some good comfort food. Thanks Dee! Delicious!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this turned out...it's just scrambled eggs...right...but adding the whipping cream after the eggs are cooked created a new flavor to eggs...you can really taste the cream and it's not overpowering...made for "Beast of 2022" per breezermom's recommendation...

Delicious eggs! Sounds simple, but the low and slow cooking time really makes the eggs moist and delicious.
