I made this prior to Christmas, so we could drink it around Christmas..... And drank it we did! I loved the smoothness of this Irish Cream, it was creamy and delicious! I made exactly as written and am making another batch to use over summer, as the last lot went down a little too smoothly with everyone and it was gone in no time. Served with some ice this made for a very Merry Christmas..... and the second drink made it even Merrier! ;-)

WINNER!This is one awesome recipe for the holidays! Made gift opening special and made for a great ending to our Christmas supper dessert. Other than being generous with the chocolate and adding a touch more vanilla I followed through as posted. Wish I had made a another for New Years! I will be sure to do that next year!
