Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Cook beans in the microwave for 5 minutes and drain.
Step 3
Sauce: heat butter, add flour and season lightly; don't brown flour.
Step 4
Add milk and whisk until thickened.
Step 5
Add beans, cheese and season to taste.
Step 6
Pour into pam sprayed casserole.
Step 7
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and bread crumbs are lightly browned.
