  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 pound blue cheese
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
