Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease a mold pan.
Step 2
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar and cranberry sauce. until very well combined.
Step 3
Mix in pineapple tidbits and nuts.
Step 4
Gently gold in the whipped cream.
Step 5
Set the pan in the freezer until firm.
Step 6
Remove 2 hours before serving, then unmold. Return to refrigerator until serving time.
Step 7
Just before serving dust with confectioners sugar.
