Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (very soft)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar (or more depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (14 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (or pecans)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (use whipping cream whipped after measuring 1 cup)
  • Confectioners sugar, sifted (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a mold pan.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar and cranberry sauce. until very well combined.

  • Step 3: Mix in pineapple tidbits and nuts.

  • Step 4: Gently gold in the whipped cream.

  • Step 5: Set the pan in the freezer until firm.

  • Step 6: Remove 2 hours before serving, then unmold. Return to refrigerator until serving time.

  • Step 7: Just before serving dust with confectioners sugar.
