Freezer Pineapple and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese (very soft)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 to 4 tablespoons granulated sugar (or more depending on how sweet you want it)
- 1 can (14 ounce) whole cranberry sauce
- 1 can (14 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (or pecans)
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (use whipping cream whipped after measuring 1 cup)
- Confectioners sugar, sifted (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: Grease a mold pan.

Step 2: In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sugar and cranberry sauce. until very well combined.

Step 3: Mix in pineapple tidbits and nuts.

Step 4: Gently gold in the whipped cream.

Step 5: Set the pan in the freezer until firm.

Step 6: Remove 2 hours before serving, then unmold. Return to refrigerator until serving time.

Step 7: Just before serving dust with confectioners sugar.
