Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients (except for chicken); set aside. Pound chicken to flatten, like a cutlet. Pierce with a meat tenderizing tool. Place both chicken and marinade in a plastic ziplock bag and place the bag in a bowl to prevent leaking. Place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Step 2

Grill over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes per side, or until done. Grilling time will vary depending on size / thickness of chicken breasts. Serve and enjoy.

We loved the flavor of the chicken...I let it marinate for 2 days...it was a bit dry but that was due to the cook (me) over cooking them...our weather has been iffy so I used the George Foreman grill...what an easy recipe to prepare and next time I'm going to pay more attention to them...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing the recipe...
