Step 1: Mix all marinade ingredients (except for chicken); set aside. Pound chicken to flatten, like a cutlet. Pierce with a meat tenderizing tool. Place both chicken and marinade in a plastic ziplock bag and place the bag in a bowl to prevent leaking. Place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Step 2: Grill over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes per side, or until done. Grilling time will vary depending on size / thickness of chicken breasts. Serve and enjoy.
