We all enjoyed this casserole! Made as directed except using a bit more cheese -- even the non-fish eaters liked this casserole. Thanks for sharing!

Easy breezy to put together with satisfying results. Because the vegetables don’t get baked for a long time, the celery in particular still had a bit of a crunch and the fish came out moist and flavorful. Drizzled lemon juice over-all which brightened it all up. Thank you, Teresa, for sharing. Made it for “Players Favorites - 5 Star Gems” tag games.

Smells wonderful while it is cooking! I made this hoping I could get my son to eat fish another way than fried. Left the mushrooms off his (good for me because I got his!) We all really enjoyed this. I'll make this delicious recipe again!

Oh wow, this is a wonderful fish recipe. I used tilapia, but it would be equally delicious with some of the other fish choices listed by the posting chef. The pepperjack cheese adds such a wonderful touch to this recipe. I just might double that ingredient next time. Thanks, TeresaS. It was a hit.
