Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line 12 muffin tins.

Step 2

In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl mix the yogurt with milk; mix into the flour mixture JUST until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.

Step 3

Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until well browned.

Step 4

These are best served warm

mmm delicious little morsels, i made them in my mini muffin tin, wow hot out of the over is soooo good!!! instead of the sugar i used splenda, they really are delicious you would never know they are fat free  !!  They will become a regular for us, thanks for posting.
