Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2/3 cup fat-free blueberry yogurt (can use plain yogurt)
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup blueberries

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line 12 muffin tins.

  • Step 2: In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl mix the yogurt with milk; mix into the flour mixture JUST until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.

  • Step 3: Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until well browned.

  • Step 4: These are best served warm
