Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter or oil in your largest skillet.
Step 2
Add onions, peppers and tomato.
Step 3
Cook on medium high heat till the vegetables have softened a little, about 4 minutes.
Step 4
Then add mushrooms. Crank up heat to high.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients for spice mix and add to the mushrooms. Sauté on high for about 3 minutes or till mushrooms are done.
Step 6
Add salt at the end.
Step 7
Garnish with cilantro or parsley.
Step 8
Serve with rice, bread or Ethiopian Injera.
