Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9, with cooking spray.

Spread 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in baking dish.

Place eggplant in it.
Step 5
Arrange the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce.
Step 6
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Step 7
Add the can of ravioli.
Step 8
Top with half of the remaining pasta sauce.
Step 9
Add the mozzarella cheese.
Step 10
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 11
Cover with foil.
Step 12
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 13
Remove foil.
Step 14
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot in center.
Step 15
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
