Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Spray bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9, with cooking spray.
Step 3: Spread 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in baking dish.
Step 4: Place eggplant in it.
Step 5: Arrange the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce.
Step 6: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Step 7: Add the can of ravioli.
Step 8: Top with half of the remaining pasta sauce.
Step 9: Add the mozzarella cheese.
Step 10: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 11: Cover with foil.
Step 12: Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 13: Remove foil.
Step 14: Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot in center.
Step 15: Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
