The ingredients are:
  • 25 ounces pasta sauce (1 jar)
  • 1 eggplant peeled, sliced
  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli (1 package)
  • 15 ounces beef ravioli (1 can)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 ounce parmesan cheese, grated (2 tablespoons)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Spray bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9, with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Spread 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in baking dish.

  • Step 4: Place eggplant in it.

  • Step 5: Arrange the frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

  • Step 7: Add the can of ravioli.

  • Step 8: Top with half of the remaining pasta sauce.

  • Step 9: Add the mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 10: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 11: Cover with foil.

  • Step 12: Bake for 40 minutes.

  • Step 13: Remove foil.

  • Step 14: Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot in center.

  • Step 15: Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
